HSBC Bank in Hong Kong has introduced a new business account type called HSBC Business Direct. This seems to be perfect for those doing business in Shenzhen since the online banking services of HSBC are now very good there is no need to go to the physical bank anymore.

I am in the process of trying to open a new restaurant/pub here in Shenzhen. Is there anyone that could possibly give me a list of the licenses, and permits I will need? Ayn other information like estimated prices and time frames would be a huge help.
